fifty is a technology-driven platform designed to help people discover, compare, and request services from businesses in Thailand. Users can ask questions, explore business information, receive summaries prepared using automated tools and internal processes, and prepare inquiries or booking requests.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.fifty.in.th, including its interactive features, business profiles, inquiry functions, and booking-related services.

By accessing or using fifty, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. What fifty Does

fifty provides technology that helps customers find and understand services offered by third-party businesses. Our services may include:

• Collecting and organizing business information.
• Creating structured business profiles from submitted or publicly available information.
• Answering questions about services, prices, locations, and business details based on available information.
• Summarizing publicly available reviews and identifying information that may require further verification.
• Matching customer requirements with potentially suitable businesses.
• Preparing inquiries, order summaries, and booking requests.
• Sending requests to businesses for confirmation.

fifty is a discovery and service-coordination platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, fifty is not the business providing the service you select. The selected business remains responsible for delivering its services to you.

The platform's features may change as we develop and improve our services.

3. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must be at least 18 years old to use fifty's general inquiry and booking functions.

You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and to use the platform lawfully.

You must not:

• Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or intentionally deceptive information.
• Impersonate another person or business.
• Use the platform to harass, threaten, defame, or unlawfully harm others.

4. System-Generated Information and Recommendations

fifty uses automated tools and internal processes to organize information, respond to questions, summarize reviews, compare available details, and identify businesses that may match a user's requirements.

Information produced by automated tools is based on the information available to the system. It may be incomplete, outdated, misleading, or inaccurate.

Accordingly:

• Responses prepared by our systems are provided for informational purposes.
• A business profile does not guarantee that every detail is current or independently verified.
• A review summary does not guarantee that the reviews are genuine, representative, or accurate.
• A warning or risk indicator produced by our systems does not, by itself, establish fraud, misconduct, or wrongdoing.
• A recommendation or matching result is not a guarantee that a business is the best, safest, or most suitable choice for you.
• Business availability, prices, qualifications, licenses, and service conditions may change.

Where information has been verified or confirmed, fifty may identify its source or verification status. However, verification is limited to the checks actually performed and does not guarantee future accuracy.

You should independently confirm important details with the relevant business before making a purchase, paying money, or relying on information for a significant decision.

You remain responsible for deciding whether a service meets your needs.

5. No Medical or Professional Advice

fifty does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice.

Healthcare, wellness, travel, and other service information on the platform is general information intended to help users understand and contact service providers.

You should consult appropriately qualified professionals for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

We do not guarantee that a listed healthcare or wellness provider is suitable for a particular person or medical condition. Users should verify the provider's qualifications, services, and suitability directly.

6. Business Information and Third-Party Content

fifty may display information submitted by businesses or obtained from publicly accessible sources, including business websites, social media pages, directories, price lists, photographs, and public reviews.

We may organize, translate, summarize, or convert this information into structured business profiles to help users discover services.

Public information may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or subject to restrictions on use. The availability of information online does not mean that it is independently verified or that fifty endorses the business.

We may correct, restrict, update, or remove information when appropriate, including when credible evidence indicates that it is inaccurate, misleading, unauthorized, or otherwise unsuitable for publication.

Businesses and individuals may contact us to request corrections or report content concerns using the contact details provided below.

We do not guarantee that every business in Thailand is listed on fifty or that every listed business has undergone the same level of verification.

7. Inquiries, Orders, and Booking Confirmation

fifty may use interactive features and automated tools to capture a customer's stated preferences and prepare an order summary or booking request.

Before proceeding, customers should review the requested service, relevant details, price, and applicable conditions.

An inquiry, chat, prepared order, or submitted booking request does not by itself constitute a confirmed booking.

Unless a feature expressly states otherwise:

• The customer selects the service or business.
• fifty prepares and forwards the relevant request.
• The business reviews and confirms details that require its approval, including price, availability, service conditions, and the proposed date or time.
• The customer receives confirmation or further instructions.
• The booking becomes confirmed only when the applicable confirmation requirements have been satisfied.

A business may decline a request, propose a different time, or request additional information.

fifty does not guarantee that a business will accept a request, respond within a particular time, or have the requested service available.

Customers should not treat an unconfirmed request as a completed booking.

8. Prices, Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Prices and service conditions displayed on fifty may come from business submissions, publicly available sources, or other identified information sources.

Prices may be incomplete, outdated, or subject to additional conditions. The relevant business must confirm the applicable price and conditions before the customer commits to a transaction.

Any required deposits, additional charges, taxes, cancellation conditions, or refund arrangements should be disclosed before the customer is asked to complete the relevant payment or booking commitment.

Unless fifty expressly states that it collects payment for a transaction, payments are handled according to the arrangements agreed between the customer and the relevant business.

If fifty introduces payment processing or platform fees, the applicable amount, payment terms, and relevant refund conditions will be displayed before the transaction is completed.

Payment processors may apply their own terms and privacy policies.

Questions about a service's delivery, cancellation, or refund should initially be directed to the business responsible for providing that service. This does not limit any rights or remedies that customers may have under applicable law.

9. Businesses Participating in fifty

Businesses that submit information or request a profile on fifty agree to provide accurate information to the best of their knowledge and to update material changes when reasonably necessary. Businesses are responsible for:

• The accuracy of their submitted business details, service descriptions, prices, operating hours, and stated conditions.
• Ensuring that they have the authority and necessary rights to submit their information, photographs, logos, and other content.
• Obtaining any licenses, registrations, permissions, or approvals required for their business and services.
• Confirming orders, prices, availability, and service conditions before accepting a booking.
• Delivering the services they agree to provide.
• Complying with applicable laws and their agreements with customers.

A business profile or presence on fifty does not constitute a guarantee, certification, or endorsement by fifty.

We may request further information, delay publication, or restrict a business profile if information appears inconsistent, incomplete, unauthorized, or potentially misleading.

We do not guarantee that listing a business will generate inquiries, sales, bookings, or revenue.

10. Business Content and Permission to Use It

Businesses retain ownership of their content to the extent they own it or otherwise hold the relevant rights.

By submitting content to fifty, a business grants fifty a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, translate, analyze, index, summarize, display, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, secure, and improve the platform and its business discovery features.

This permission includes creating structured business profiles and summaries using submitted information.

Businesses confirm that they have the rights or permissions necessary to grant this license and that their submissions do not knowingly infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

This license continues for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the profile and fulfill legitimate recordkeeping, backup, dispute-resolution, or legal requirements, subject to applicable law and any agreed removal process.

Businesses may request corrections or removal of their submitted content. Such requests will be assessed subject to legal obligations, third-party rights, transaction records, and technical limitations.

11. Reviews and Business Risk Indicators

fifty may summarize publicly available reviews or use available information to highlight matters that customers may wish to investigate.

These functions are intended to assist users, not to establish legal findings about a business or individual.

Reviews may reflect subjective opinions, incomplete experiences, fake activity, or circumstances that have changed. Summaries prepared by our systems can omit context or misinterpret statements.

An automated risk indicator is not a finding that a business has committed fraud, acted dishonestly, or engaged in unlawful conduct.

Users should consider the source, date, context, and reliability of information and seek clarification where appropriate.

Businesses that believe information about them is inaccurate or misleading may contact fifty with supporting details. We will assess credible reports and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law.

12. Third-Party Services and Relationships

Services offered through fifty are generally provided by independent third-party businesses.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the agreement for a selected service is between the customer and the relevant business, not fifty.

Third-party businesses may have their own terms, prices, cancellation rules, privacy policies, and service requirements. Customers should review those terms before making a commitment.

fifty does not control every aspect of a third-party business's operations and cannot guarantee its conduct, service quality, availability, qualifications, or performance.

However, nothing in these Terms excludes any responsibility that fifty cannot lawfully exclude or any responsibility arising from obligations that fifty expressly undertakes.

13. Intellectual Property and Platform Rights

fifty's own platform design, branding, software, original content, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as permitted by law or expressly authorized by us, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, or commercially exploit our protected materials or platform functions.

You may use the platform for its intended purposes, including discovering businesses, comparing available information, making inquiries, and requesting services.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of fifty's intellectual property to you.

Third-party names, logos, photographs, reviews, and other materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

14. Platform Availability and Changes

We aim to make fifty useful and accessible but do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or service.

We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features for operational, security, technical, commercial, or legal reasons.

Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of significant changes that materially affect users, subject to the circumstances and applicable law.

We may also update these Terms as the platform develops. Where required by law, we will provide notice or obtain consent before applying changes that require it.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fifty is not responsible for losses arising solely from a user's reliance on unconfirmed information, an inaccurate third-party submission, an independent business's actions, or the user's failure to verify material details before entering into a transaction.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fifty will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses that could not reasonably have been anticipated, including lost business opportunities or anticipated profits, arising from the use of the platform.

fifty does not guarantee that system-generated content, review summaries, business matches, or risk indicators will always be accurate or complete.

You acknowledge that online systems and automated information-processing tools have limitations and that important service details must be confirmed with the responsible business.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law. These Terms do not remove statutory consumer rights, data protection rights, or any liability that cannot lawfully be waived or excluded.

16. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, a business or user may be responsible for losses, claims, or reasonable costs directly arising from their unlawful conduct, material breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or submission of content they were not authorized to provide.

Any responsibility under this section is subject to applicable law, the facts of the particular matter, and any rights or defences available to the relevant party.

Nothing in this section makes a user responsible for losses caused by fifty's own unlawful conduct or any liability that cannot lawfully be transferred or excluded.

17. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using fifty at any time.

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, security risks, unlawful conduct, material breaches of these Terms, or other risks to users or the platform.

Where appropriate and legally permissible, we may provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

Suspension or termination does not automatically cancel existing obligations between a customer and a business. Users should contact the responsible business regarding any existing service agreement, booking, payment, or cancellation.

Provisions that by their nature should continue after use ends, including provisions relating to intellectual property, outstanding obligations, liability, and dispute resolution, will continue to the extent permitted by law.

19. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern about fifty, a business profile, system-generated information, or the operation of the platform, please contact us first so we can review the matter.

For disputes concerning a third-party service, customers should also contact the business providing that service.

Nothing in this section prevents a person from exercising their legal rights, contacting a relevant regulator, or pursuing remedies available under applicable law.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, subject to any mandatory consumer protection, privacy, or other legal rights that apply to a user under applicable law.

Disputes concerning these Terms will be handled by the courts or other competent bodies with jurisdiction under applicable law.

Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of any mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
